The following Terms & Conditions apply to any and every part of the Portraits by Pippa Elton – www.dog-portrait.co.uk website, and by visiting this site you are agreeing to adhere to the following:

1. Price & Payment Terms

1.1 I reserve the right to adjust the price before delivery to reflect any unforeseen cost increases.

1.2 Payment of goods constitutes acceptance of my terms and conditions as outlined in this document.

1.3 Goods remain the property Portraits by Pippa Elton until payment is received in full.

2. Delivery

2.1 I may deliver your order as part deliveries.

2.2 If you refuse delivery of the goods I may charge you for the cost of the delivery.

2.3 If you accept a delivery with a damaged box I cannot be held responsible for any damage to what is inside once the goods have been signed for.

2.4 Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined.

2.5 For commissioned orders a signature will be required by the carrier. If no one is available a card will be left and you will have to rearrange delivery with the depot within 5 days. If the parcel is returned to Portraits by Pippa Elton you will have to pay for the parcel to be redelivered.

3. Refunds

3.2 All returns must be returned at your cost in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt.

3.3 Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days of the goods being received by me.

3.4 Artwork damaged in transit; photographic evidence of damaged artwork and packaging must be emailed to pippa@dog-portrait.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery so that I may raise an appropriate insurance ticket with the carrier. The damaged artwork and original packaging must be returned to me via Royal Mail Special Delivery at your cost within 7 days. When the damaged artwork had been received I will refund your postage costs within 48 hours, repaint the artwork and post the new artwork to you within 30 days
